Every RestoreCord plan includes verification, unlimited members and unlimited pulls with no cooldown. Paid plans add more servers, bots and backups, stronger security, deeper customization and automation. Manage your subscription on the Billing page.

Features by plan
Each plan includes everything in the plans below it.
Free trial
- You can try Business free for 14 days. Start free trial in the dashboard needs no card.
- Trials validated with a card place a €1 hold, which is released immediately. If the card is declined, the trial is cancelled and the account goes back to Free.
- Trial accounts can’t claim the monthly TicketCord Pro gift.
Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Revolut Pay, MobilePay, WeChat Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS and iDEAL.
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others.
- Payments go through a payment provider, so RestoreCord never sees your card details.
You can only change your payment method after the current subscription expires.
Paying with crypto
- Crypto prices are in USD and include an FX fee.
- Choose 1–24 months or Lifetime. Longer terms get an extra discount, up to 70%.
- The plan activates after 1 network confirmation, which can take up to 24 hours.
- If you paid too little, send the remainder to the same address.
- Crypto plans don’t auto-renew. Renew manually before the plan runs out.
Coupons, gift cards and partner codes

| Coupons | Enter them at checkout. Some apply automatically (“Special Offer Available!”). A coupon may only work for certain plans; otherwise checkout shows “Invalid coupon”. |
| Gift cards | Use Redeem Gift Card on the billing page. Gifts are non-refundable. |
| Partner codes | Codes from partners such as TicketCord (format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) give free days. Afterwards, renew manually with crypto, or (new users only) add a card that auto-renews. |
| TicketCord Pro gift | Paid Business and Enterprise accounts get a 1-month TicketCord Pro gift code every month. Trial accounts can’t claim it. |
Changing or cancelling your plan
| Change | What happens |
|---|---|
| Upgrade | You pay the difference straight away and the new plan applies immediately. |
| Downgrade or cancel | Paid features stay until the end of the billing period. Then the higher-plan features are removed. |
| Expiry | When a plan runs out, the account moves to Free and you get a “<Plan> Subscription Expired” email with a renew link. |
What is kept after a downgrade
Your members and servers are not deleted when you downgrade or a plan expires. Settings above your new plan stop working, and the new plan's limits apply, so you can't create more backups, tracking links or other items beyond the new limit.
Refunds
A full refund is possible within 14 days of purchase, only if the product has not been used in any way. Gifts are non-refundable. The refund policy is binding.
