Feedback, Discovery & Message Studio
Collect reviews with feedback packs, list your server on Discovery, customize bot messages in Message Studio and measure promotions with tracking links.
Feedback packs, Discovery and the server landing page are free on every plan, with no paid ranking. Use them to build trust with new members, then use Message Studio and tracking links to shape and measure how people find and verify in your server.
Feedback and vouches
A feedback pack collects 1–5 star reviews (vouches) for a server. Feedback packs are free on every plan. Image attachments on reviews need Premium (PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB).
Set up a feedback pack
Create a pack
Open Feedbacks and click Create Pack. An existing pack opens on its own page, with an overview, its reviews and its settings.
Assign it to a server
Choose the server the pack collects reviews for.
Turn on the Feedback Page
In the server's Extras tab, enable the Feedback Page. View Feedback Page opens the public page.
Where members review

Review rules
- One review per Discord account per pack.
- Reviewers can edit or delete their own review.
- Reviewers who are current members of the server get a “verified member” badge.
- Reviews must be first-hand and honest, as required by the Terms of Service.
What owners can do
- Reply publicly, optionally sending a DM to the reviewer.
- Report abusive reviews to RestoreCord staff.
- Choose who may review.
- Auto-post reviews to a channel.
- Show the pack on the public page and in the verify-page carousel.
Owners can't hide negative reviews; they can only reply or report abusive ones. Deleting a pack deletes all of its reviews, and unassigning the server breaks its review links.

Discovery
The public Discovery page lets people find servers that use RestoreCord. Listing is free and there is no paid ranking. Configure it in the server's Discovery tab.

To hide the server everywhere, use Private Server in the Security tab. It removes the server from Discovery and all public listings and disables the Verify button on the verify page.
Products
Products are products and services shown on your Discovery listing and, if the Products Carousel is on, on your verify page. Each product has a name, description, price, image, link and up to 10 lowercase search tags.

Verified badge
Servers that RestoreCord has verified as safe and legitimate get a badge next to their name, including on the verify page. Apply with Request Verification under Verified badge in the Visual tab.

Server profile page
Every server has a free public landing page at https://restorecord.com/server/<guild id or name>. It shows the server's public reviews when a feedback pack is assigned. On Business and above, Custom Domain Profile also lists the server on your custom domain's homepage.

Message Studio
Message Studio is the editor for the messages your bot sends. A design can contain embeds, Discord components and buttons, including Verify and Skip Verification. Designs are opened from the settings that use them. You can also generate designs with AI, which makes 3 versions per prompt.

Variables
Variables are replaced with real values when the message is sent, for example {server_name}, {user_mention}, {verify_url}, {ip} and {vpn}. {bot_score} needs Business and {bot_reasoning} needs Enterprise.

A design that is in use can't be deleted. Unlink it from its slot first.
Test, reset and republish
- Test send sends the design to you by DM through your bot. You must share a server with the bot and have DMs open.
- Reset to default on a message slot unlinks your custom design and restores the default message, without deleting the design.
- After editing the verification message, run
/setupin Discord again or use Save & publish so the new version is posted.
Tracking links
Tracking links give each promotion its own verify link, so you can see how many members verified through each one. Name each link after where you'll post it (up to 64 characters).
Each link comes in three formats, and all of them count towards the link:

Deleting a link stops its counting. Members who already verified through it stay in your server.
