Extras Settings

Member automation, redirects, feedback, reminders, backups, sub-users and other extra server options.

Everything that happens around verification: where members end up, automatic messages and kicks, scheduled backups and checks, tracking links, team access and a few one-off tools.

Go to Extras

How saving works

  • Most settings on this tab are part of the server form. Nothing changes until you press Save.
  • Saved right away: tracking links, sub-users, Reset to default on a message design, Test, Import Tokens and Delete Server. These do not wait for Save.
  • Plan locks: a setting your plan does not include is greyed out with a badge showing the plan it needs.

Add verified members

Adds members to your Discord server when they verify, even if they had not joined yet. If a member is already in the server, they just get their roles. On by default, on every plan.

  • The switch is greyed out while Join Servers For User is off. Turning that scope off also switches this setting off.
  • With it off, members have to join the Discord server themselves.
  • Authorize Only skips this step completely.

Multi-server pulling

Requires Business or higher.

When a member verifies, they are also added to other Discord servers, and roles are changed there. Use it to keep a backup or partner server filled automatically.

Click Add to open the Add pull server dialog:

  1. Discord server: pick one of the servers your bot is in. Search by name or ID. The server this RestoreCord server is linked to and servers you already added are not listed.
  2. Action after verification: choose what happens there.
  3. Pick the roles the action needs, then click Add server.

  • Limits: up to 25 extra servers. The list shows the first 4; use Show all to see the rest. Click a row to edit it, or the × to remove it.
  • Who can change it: only the server owner, not sub-users.
  • Needs: Join Servers For User. Add is greyed out while it is off, and you cannot save extra servers without it.
  • Role order: your bot's role must be above the roles it gives or removes. A role it cannot manage shows in red; click it for the steps to fix this in Discord (Server Settings › Roles, drag your bot above the role).
  • Bot not in server: shown on a row whose server your bot has left. Nothing happens in that server until the bot is back.
  • The extra servers only run while the owner's plan is Business or higher.

Custom Domain Profile

Requires Business or higher.

Lists this server on the homepage of your bot's custom domain, showing its name, description and picture. Set the domain up first under Custom Domain in your bot's settings. The homepage lists every server that uses a bot on that domain and has this switch on. Locked servers are left out.

Redirect After Verify

Requires Business or higher.

The page members land on after they verify, such as your website, a welcome page or a Discord channel link. Leave it empty to show the normal success page.

  • Enter a full URL. The field is greyed out on lower plans.
  • Only https:// links are used. An http:// link saves, but members are sent to the normal verify page instead.

Authorize Only

Requires Enterprise or higher.

Verification only saves the member's authorization in RestoreCord. Use it to collect authorizations quietly, for example when you only want members you can pull later.

With Authorize Only on, verification skips your firewall, captcha and alt checks. It also sends no webhook log, does not add the member to your server and does not change any roles.

Feedback Page

Turns on your public feedback page, where members leave reviews (vouches). Available on every plan. See Feedback & Discovery.

The page needs a feedback pack. Packs are managed under Feedbacks, and a specific pack opens at /dashboard/feedbacks/:id.

Go to Feedbacks Go to Feedbacks › Pack

Once the switch is on and your Discord server is linked:

  • No pack assigned: a notice says so, with an Assign a feedback pack link.
  • Pack assigned: View Feedback Page opens the public page at /evaluate/<Discord server ID>, and the Auto-post vouches and Custom feedback design options appear below.

Auto-post vouches

Found inside Feedback Page, once a feedback pack is assigned.

Posts an embed to a Discord channel whenever someone leaves a review. When a review is updated, the embed that was already posted is edited instead of posting a new one. The built-in embed has a Reply button that opens the review in your dashboard.

  • Vouch Channel: pick a channel from your server, or No channel.
  • Test: posts a short test message in the channel, which you can delete afterwards. It shows "The bot can access #channel" if it worked. If not, check the bot's permissions in that channel. The channel must belong to this server.
  • You cannot save with auto-post on and no channel chosen.

Custom feedback design

Found inside Feedback Page, once a feedback pack is assigned.

Replaces the built-in vouch embed with a design made in Message Studio. Click Feedback Post Embed to see a preview, then Edit message to open it in Message Studio. When you are done, you return to the Extras tab.

  • A Custom badge shows when a design is assigned.
  • Reset to default goes back to the built-in embed. It is saved right away and does not delete your design.
  • If a custom design cannot be built for a review, the built-in embed is posted instead.

Auto-Blacklist on Ban

Requires Premium or higher.

When someone is banned from your Discord server, your bot adds a firewall rule that blocks them from verifying again. The rule is named "Auto-blacklisted (banned)" and shows in your Firewall Rules, where you can remove it.

  • It reacts to new bans only, so your bot must be online and in the server. To block people who were banned earlier, use Import banlist from Discord Server.
  • No rules are added while the owner's plan is below Premium.

Welcome message

Requires Premium or higher.

A direct message your bot sends to each person who joins your Discord server. Use it to point new members to your verify link. Bots that join are skipped.

Turn on the switch, then click Configure to preview the message. Edit message opens it in Message Studio. Reset to default brings back the built-in message right away, without deleting your design. The switch itself is saved with Save.

Reminder message

Requires Business or higher.

A direct message sent to members who joined but have not verified once the Reminder delay has passed. Each member gets one reminder per join. It is not sent if they verified or left in the meantime.

Configure opens the preview, the delay and the Edit message button, just like the welcome message.

Reminder delay

Requires Business or higher.

Found inside Reminder message (click Configure).

How long to wait after a member joins before the reminder is sent. Set it in hours and minutes.

  • Range: 5 minutes to 7 days (168 hours).
  • Default: 6 hours.

Only members who join while the reminder is on get a reminder.

Auto kick

Requires Business or higher.

Kicks members who have not verified within a set time after joining your Discord server. Turn on the switch, then click Configure to set the time in hours and minutes.

  • Range: 1 minute to 7 days (168 hours).
  • Default: 1 hour the first time you turn it on. Switching it off and on again restores your last time.
  • The timer starts when the member joins. Verifying or leaving cancels it.
  • Only members who join while auto kick is on are timed. People already in your server are left alone.
  • Your bot needs the Kick Members permission in your Discord server.
  • The timer is saved with Save.

Kick message

Requires Business or higher.

Found inside Auto kick (click Configure).

A direct message sent to an unverified member right before auto kick removes them, for example with your verify link so they can come back. Turn on its switch in the auto kick dialog, then use Edit message to change it in Message Studio.

Automated Backups

Requires Business or higher.

Creates backups of your Discord server on a schedule. They appear under Backups alongside your manual ones. See Backups.

Go to Backups

Turning it on starts a daily schedule with defaults for your plan: Business includes Basic attachments, and Enterprise includes Premium attachments and Emoji Backup. Click Configure to change the schedule and contents in Backup Configuration.

  • Backup limit: automated backups count towards your plan's backup limit (Business 30, Enterprise 50). When you are at the limit, the oldest backup that is not pinned is deleted to make room.
  • Skipped backups: if every backup is pinned, the scheduled backup is skipped and you get a notification. A backup that fails 3 times is also skipped until its next run, with a notification.

Turning Automated Backups off clears its configuration when you save. If you turn it on again, it starts over with the default schedule and settings.

Backup Configuration

Requires Business or higher.

Found inside Automated Backups (click Configure).

The schedule and contents of each automated backup:

OptionWhat it does
Backup FrequencyDaily, Weekly or Monthly.
Weekly ScheduleDays of the week to back up. Defaults to Monday if you pick none.
Monthly ScheduleDates of the month (1 to 31) to back up. Defaults to the 1st if you pick none. A date a month does not have (for example the 31st) is skipped that month.
Attachment ModeNone, Basic (regular file attachments) or Premium (large files and media; Enterprise only).
Emoji BackupIncludes your custom server emojis. Enterprise only.
Message CountMessages to back up per channel, in steps of 100. Up to 500 on Business and 2,000 on Enterprise. Defaults to 50.
Backup NameUp to 100 characters. Defaults to Automated Snapshot - {date}.
Backup DescriptionUp to 500 characters. Defaults to Automated snapshot created on {datetime} UTC.
  • Placeholders: in the name and description, {date} becomes the date (2026-01-31) and {datetime} the date and time (2026-01-31 14:05), both in UTC.
  • Timing: days and dates follow UTC. Each schedule runs at most once per UTC day.

OAuth Authorization Checks

Requires Premium or higher.

Checks on a schedule that your verified members still authorize your bot. Use it to keep roles in your Discord server in line with who can actually be pulled.

For every member, the check refreshes their saved authorization:

  • Revoked: the member is marked as no longer authorized, and their roles are reversed based on your On Verify Action. The Verified Role is taken away and the Unverified Role is given back.
  • Still authorized: any missing verify roles are put back.
  • Members who are no longer in your Discord server are skipped.

Turning it on starts a daily check. Click Configure to choose Hourly, Daily or Weekly (pick the days). Schedules follow UTC: hourly runs once per UTC hour, daily once per UTC day.

Gives each promotion its own verify link so you can see how many members verified through it. Available on every plan. See Tracking links.

Click Create link, give it a name (for example after the partner server where you will post it), and the link code is generated for you. Each link shows how many members verified through it. Copy link offers three formats, and all of them count:

FormatWhere it leads
Direct link (Discord)Discord's authorize screen straight away, skipping your verify page.
Verify link (code)Your verify page, with only the link code in the URL.
Verify link (server name)Your verify page, with the server name and the link code in the URL.
  • Names: up to 64 characters. Two links on the same server cannot share a name (case is ignored).
  • Custom domain: links use your bot's custom domain once it is active.
  • Deleting: a deleted link stops counting. Members who already verified through it stay.
  • Sub-users: those with Manage Settings can create and delete links. Those with View Members can only see them.
  • You can filter the Members page by tracking link.

How many links each server can have depends on your plan:

PlanLinks per server

Premium10
Business50
Enterprise250

Manage Sub-Users

Requires Premium or higher.

Shares this server with other RestoreCord accounts. Only the server owner sees this section. See Sub-Users for the full guide.

Click Add Sub-User, enter the email of their RestoreCord account and pick at least one permission:

PermissionAllows
Manage SettingsChanging server settings, except sub-user management.
View MembersSeeing basic member info: username, avatar, country, verification date.
View Member DetailsSeeing detailed member info: IP, email, location, device. Includes View Members.
Pull MembersStarting member migrations.
Create BackupsCreating server backups.
Manage BackupsViewing, editing, deleting and restoring backups. Includes Create Backups.
Manage FirewallViewing, creating, editing and deleting firewall rules and passwords.
  • Invites: the person gets a dashboard notification to Accept or Decline. It expires after 7 days.
  • Wrong email: the dashboard says "An invite has been sent." even when no account uses that email, so double-check the address.
  • Editing: use the menu on a sub-user to Edit their permissions or Remove them. Changes apply right away.

Import Tokens

Requires Enterprise or higher.

Upload a .txt file of Discord account tokens, one per line, up to 10 MB. Each token is used to authorize your server's bot on that account, which saves the account as an authorized member.

  • What happens: like Authorize Only, no webhook log is sent and no roles are changed.
  • Skipped: lines that are not valid tokens, and accounts that are already members of this server.
  • Background: the import keeps running after you upload, and a server can only run one import at a time.
  • Sub-users: need the Pull Members permission.

Delete Server

The Delete button at the bottom of the tab. Only the server owner can delete a server. To confirm, type delete my members.

This permanently removes the server from RestoreCord with all of its verified members and their authorizations. It also deletes its tracking links, sub-users, firewall rules and passwords, migration history, Discovery listing, products, feedback packs and reviews. It cannot be undone.

  • Your backups are kept and stay under Backups.

    Go to Backups

  • You cannot delete a server while a migration is pending, pulling or waiting. Stop it first.
